TV screens are individually wrapped in foam sheets and then bubble wrap before being placed in a custom-sized carton. Computers and monitors get anti-static bubble wrap. All electronics are packed standing upright and placed on top of other boxes during loading.

Yes. Weekend moves are available for both household and office relocations. For office moves, we specifically recommend weekends to minimise work disruption. Weekend slots book up faster — advance booking is more important for Saturdays and Sundays.

No, transit insurance is optional. We explain the coverage terms clearly and you decide whether it makes sense for your goods and budget. We recommend it for long-distance moves and for high-value goods.

Note the damage on the delivery receipt and report it to us in writing with photographs within 24 hours of delivery. If you took transit insurance, we file the claim with the insurer. If not, we assess the claim based on the damage and the scope of our packing responsibility.

No. We only accept damage claims for items packed by our team. If you packed certain items yourself and they were damaged, that is outside the scope of our packing responsibility. For full coverage, let our team pack everything.

Yes. We transport cars, SUVs and two-wheelers from Jaipur to all major cities. We do a pre-loading inspection with photographs and provide the same at delivery so the vehicle condition is fully documented before and after transport.

Storage is available from a minimum of 7 days. There is no fixed maximum — many customers store goods for 3–12 months. Charges are calculated monthly for longer durations.
